About

Free primitive camping in Canon City's Red Canyon Park, a city-owned park of red sandstone spires about twelve miles north of town. Camping is in designated areas rather than numbered sites - the city describes four and a regional page says about five. Vault toilets and no drinking water. Maximum 72 hours in any two-week period. Open year-round.
