Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Board Authority RV park serving Black Mountain Offroad. 23 sites of varying sizes, each with its own 30/50-amp electrical station plus water hookup. Shower house and dump station. Full refund if cancelled a week ahead, partial refund up to 3 days ahead, no refund after that (emergency exceptions considered).
