About
Sideling Hill Creek State Park, overlooking the Potomac River and the Western Maryland Rail Trail/C&O Canal near Hancock, offers TWO group camping areas, currently bookable, but no individual family site. Shares a phone number with Fort Frederick State Park under shared regional administration - not a data error. Reservable through the Maryland Park Service's own ReserveAmerica/Aspira contract, hosted at parkreservations.maryland.gov (not a reserveamerica.com subdomain, though it runs the same underlying platform - confirmed live, "Powered by Aspira").
Fees
Group $25.00-$26.00/night. Displayed rates are the vendor's own published BASE rates and do NOT reflect holiday/weekend/residency surcharges or a pet fee (Maryland applies these as add-ons rather than publishing a separate resident/non-resident base rate the way some other states do).
