About
Forked Lake Campground is a remote, rustic campground on Forked Lake in the central Adirondacks, about seven miles from Long Lake. Many of the 77 sites are reachable only by boat or trail - roughly half are boat-access only. There are no electric hookups, no showers, and no dump station; pit toilets serve the campground. Pets are allowed with proof of current rabies vaccination and may not be left unattended.
Fees
Sites are non-electric and rustic (pit toilets, no showers), so expect a rate closer to the state's primitive-site base of about $14/night plus a $7.25 reservation fee, with a $5/night surcharge for non-New York residents. Confirm current rates when booking.
