Ponca Tribe of Nebraska community grounds, explicitly open to the public for camping at no charge (donations accepted). $2/day charged only for vehicles using electrical hookups. Maximum stay 2 weeks; during tribal events (e.g. Powwow), campers must remove property within 48 hours of the event's close unless special written permission is granted.
